Every order is prepared with care and shipped with tracking, in France and internationally.

Timelines

When your order ships

  • Atelier creations and finds

    Within 10 working days

    After your payment is confirmed.

  • Capsule pieces

    During the announced week

    The shipping week is shown on the capsule page and the product page: parcels leave throughout that week. An order that also contains another piece ships in one parcel, with the capsule.

  • Remote made-to-measure

    Around 20 working days

    From the confirmation of your order.

  • Bespoke

    20 to 30 working days

    On average, from the first appointment, where the timeline is confirmed. The piece is handed to you in Paris.

Per order, packaging included, shown before you confirm your order. Two separate orders cannot be combined.

Good to know

Before and after delivery

  • Tracking

    As soon as your order ships, I send you the tracking number by email, and a text message to let you know.

  • On delivery

    Check your parcel. If it has been opened or damaged, tell the carrier and let me know within 48 hours, with photos.

  • Your address

    Please check it carefully when ordering: if the address is incorrect or the parcel is not collected, reshipping is at your expense.

  • Outside the European Union

    Customs duties and local taxes may apply on arrival; they are at your expense.

  • Collection in Paris

    Available in France, if you live in the Paris area or are passing through. Once your order is ready, I will write to you to arrange a Saturday; the address is sent to you by email. The handover takes just a few minutes, with no fitting. Your order waits for you for 4 weeks: after that, it can be shipped to you once shipping costs have been paid.
