Contributions are not donations. They are “ASSETS” whose sum will be used in full: in store, on the site, for custom-made products. While benefiting from gift counterparts, depending on the chosen level.

Are you looking for a space ?

When will the first workshop take place ?
Due to the delay, we will keep you informed as soon as the store opens. You will be informed by newsletter and on social networks.
When should I use my “CREDIT”?
“Credits” can be used at any time.
You will be able to use your “credit” in the new space, as soon as it opens. Please note that the opening of the new space is delayed.
The campaign is available until what date ?
The campaign started on August 10 and was supposed to end in September, but following the request of several customers, it was extended until October.

Our different collections are continuously available to measure. Furthermore, they are inaccessible to our E-shop.We offer our only modes collections through tailor-made, as this will allow you to fully take ownership of our collections according to your body.
This will allow you to choose your fabric, shorten a dress or sleeves … to have a creation adjusted to your body, always with that touch that will make the difference!
Delays in manufacturingDeadlines are 10 to 20 days maximum
Can I order custom-made while abroad or outside Paris?

Shipments
Packages are shipped within 10/20 working days after receipt of payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with signature. Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will notify you by email of the shipment of your package. A link will be emailed to track online delivery of your package.
Returns
We only return the items purchased on our e-shop. No returns are made for any custom order.
The buyer has a period of 10 working days from the date of delivery of the order to return the products, knowing that returns costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

What are the payment methods?
Payments are made by credit card via completely secure means of payment to Paypal by encrypted system, or directly with your Paypal account if you have one.
It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to order.
