Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on the website www.by-natachabaco.com.
Reading and accepting these terms is mandatory prior to confirming any order.
By Natacha Baco reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions of Sale.
By Natacha Baco reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with its commercial policy.
The term “buyer” refers to any natural person acting as a consumer and not as a professional.
Order
The buyer is responsible for carefully checking the details of their order (products, quantities, total price) before final confirmation.
Any error identified after the order has been confirmed cannot be attributed to By Natacha Baco.
All orders placed on the website www.by-natachabaco.com will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
The sale is considered final only after full payment of the order has been received by By Natacha Baco.
In the event that an item is unavailable at the time of confirmation, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and refunded the corresponding amount.
Payment and Pricing
Payments are made online through a fully secure system:

By credit card via PayPal, with no obligation to create an account.

Through your PayPal account, if you have one.

Via Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your device’s available options.

With a By Natacha Baco gift card, by entering the code at checkout.
Please note: once on the payment page, simply select your preferred payment method (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping fees.
Prices may be updated at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order, and are clearly displayed before final confirmation.
Shipping
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 10 to 20 business days after payment is received.
Shipping method
All shipments are made via tracked Colissimo service with signature upon delivery.
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you.
For international deliveries, transit times may vary depending on the local postal services.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees include both postage and packaging costs and are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

We recommend grouping your items into a single order. Separate orders will be shipped individually, and shipping fees will apply to each one.
Shipping responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided at checkout.
By Natacha Baco cannot be held liable for any delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
In the event of a return to sender or reshipment, any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
It is strongly advised to check the condition of the package upon delivery and report any issue immediately to the carrier or local post office.
International deliveries outside the European Union
Customs duties or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
No claims can be made to By Natacha Baco regarding these charges.
RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
Returns are only accepted for items ordered via the website www.by-natachabaco.com.
No returns or exchanges are possible for custom-made items.
The buyer has a period of 15 business days from receipt of the order to initiate a return request.
All return requests must be sent by email to: contact@by-natachabaco.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged,

Be accompanied by the original invoice,

Be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
After inspection and approval of the returned items, a store credit for the corresponding amount will be issued.
This store credit is valid for 6 months, and can only be used on www.by-natachabaco.com.
No refunds will be issued.
Items purchased using a store credit cannot be returned or exchanged, and will not be eligible for additional store credit.
Products
All products presented on the website are handcrafted in France, in our atelier, unless otherwise specified.
Items featured in the “Coup de cœur” section are not manufactured by By Natacha Baco but have been carefully selected. They are clearly identified as such.
Each product includes a detailed description available on its individual product page.
Product photographs are non-contractual. While every effort is made to present the items as accurately as possible, color variations may occur depending on the device or browser used. Such variations cannot be considered grounds for complaint.
Privacy
The personal data collected is strictly necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
By Natacha Baco is committed to never sharing your personal information with third parties without your consent, in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR).
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data upon simple request.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website www.by-natachabaco.com (including texts, photographs, illustrations, designs, logo, and brand name) is protected under copyright law and the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction, use, or distribution — even partial — without prior written authorization is strictly prohibite
