The data
What I collect
- For an order: name, addresses, email, phone, order details.
- For a message: name, email and the content of your message.
- For the newsletter: first name and email.
- Never your card details: they are handled by PayPal.
The reasons
Why
- To process and deliver your order, and follow it up.
- To reply to your messages and enquiries.
- To send you the newsletter, if you have signed up.
- To meet my legal obligations, including accounting.

Who receives it
- PayPal, for payment.
- The carrier, for delivery (name, address, phone).
- OVH, the website host.
- My newsletter tool, for subscribers.

- 10 years, accounting obligation

Your rights
At any time you can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, restrict its use or obtain a copy. Just write to me at contact (at) by-natachabaco.com: I will reply within one month at most.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, on request.
If you feel your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
What I never do
Your data is never sold, rented or passed on. It is used only for the relationship between you and the Maison.
Cookies
The site only uses the cookies needed for it to work: basket, account login and secure payment. No advertising or audience-measurement cookies are used, which is why no banner asks for your consent.
Security
The site is secure (address starting with “https”). Payment is handled entirely by PayPal: I never have access to your card details. Some providers, such as PayPal, may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by law.
