Changing your mind, made simple. You have 14 days to send back a piece that isn't right for you.

Step by step
Returning a piece
Let me know
Within 14 days of receiving your order, by email or using the withdrawal form.
I reply
I email you the return address and confirm the details.
Send the piece back
Within the next 14 days, just as you received it, with its tag and in its packaging. Return costs are at your expense.
You choose
On receipt, a credit note valid for 1 year on the whole site, or a refund using your original payment method.
The conditions
The piece must come back
- tried on only, never worn;
- not washed and not altered;
- with the brand tag attached;
- in its original packaging.
A piece that has been worn, washed, damaged or had its tag removed may be subject to a deduction corresponding to its loss of value.
The exceptions
Cannot be returned
- creations made to your measurements (made-to-measure);
- bespoke creations;
- pieces adjusted or personalised at your request.
These pieces are crafted for you alone, which is why the law excludes them from the right of withdrawal.
