At By Natacha Baco, nothing is made in advance. Every capsule piece is cut and crafted after your pre-order, just for you.

Why pre-order

Choosing to do things well

  • Nothing is overproduced

    I only make the pieces that are ordered: no stock, no unsold pieces, no wasted fabric.

  • Crafted in France

    When the capsule closes, I cut each design size by size, then craft every piece.

  • A pre-order price

    While the capsule is open, pieces are offered at a special price, gentler than the made-to-measure price.

Step by step

How it works


  1. The capsule opens

    For just a few days, with chosen designs and fabrics, in French sizes 36 to 42.


  2. You pre-order

    Payment is made when you pre-order, fully secure, and you receive a confirmation email.


  3. I craft your piece

    As soon as the capsule closes, cutting and making begin.


  4. It comes to you

    During the announced shipping week. I send you the tracking number by email, and a text message to let you know.

When will I receive my piece?

It ships during the week shown on the capsule page and on its product page; parcels leave throughout that week.

I'm also ordering an available piece: how does that work?

Your whole order ships in one parcel, with the capsule.

My size isn't between 36 and 42?

Every design can be made to your measurements, as made-to-measure.

What if the piece doesn't fit?

Write to me first: depending on the piece, I can offer an exchange or an adjustment. You also have 14 days to change your mind: see returns.

How can I pay?

By card, PayPal or Apple Pay, and in 4 interest-free instalments when PayPal offers it. Secure payment

Can I collect my piece?

Yes, if you live in the Paris area or are passing through: collection in Paris is free, on Saturdays only, by appointment. Delivery

The capsule has closed: can I still order?

Yes. Every piece can still be made as made-to-measure, to your measurements and at the made-to-measure price.
